We have a well established reputation in the Tokyo catering business for team excellence, from our drivers to our chefs to our servers. We train all of our staff in proper food handling and presentation.

Ramon Takahashi—The heart and soul of our catering company, Ramon is our manager and he will take care of all the details for your event from A to Z to make sure you and your guests have a wonderful time.
Fumio Nakao—The friendly face behind the wheel of our Catering truck, Fumio makes sure your food arrives fresh and on time.
Lauren Shannon—Our Director gets the word out about To the Moon and Back and will take your requests, and requirements and work with the team to perfect the planning, creating custom events for each client.
